Improving human health outcomes one transition state analogue at a time

The Ferrier Research Institute and Albert Einstein College of Medicine have spent three decades fine-tuning the process of Transition state (TS) analogue design. This article aims to provide a high-level introduction to the process, and provide selected examples that highlight the relevance of this process to drug development.
