New Zealand Hydrogen Symposium (NZHS-1)

The inaugural research-focused New Zealand Hydrogen Symposium was generously hosted by the University of Otago, Dunedin, Ōtākou, 1-3 February 2023, with a great turnout from both around Aotearoa and many international partners. The co-chairs of this, the first of this series of annual conferences, were Professor Sally Brooker (Otago), Dr Paul Jerabek (Helmholtz Zentrum Hereon) and Associate Professor Anna Garden (Otago). Hyundai kindly brought a NEXO hydrogen fuel cell car which many delegates got to experience. Seven student prizes were awarded, thanks to our generous sponsors.
